Yes, we can advise on types of packaging that will be accepted in your customers’ household recycling collections, since we are a Council service which carries out household collections too.

Our service is very flexible. We can collect up to seven days a week, and can offer a range of containers from sacks, through small wheelie bins, large bulk bins and commercial skips.

We can arrange an additional collection if you have excess waste. Please note, however, that excess waste will not be removed without prior agreement.

If you would like a review of your collections, simply get in touch and a visit can be arranged by our after-sales coordinator, at your convenience.

These can be delivered and removed at times to suit your business, please contact us to arrange delivery.

Yes, we have years of experience providing recycling and waste collections for festivals, sporting fixtures and college May Balls.

Your collection may be moved to one day later than normal following a public holiday. Collections on public holidays are possible - if you would like to arrange one, please discuss it with us at least two weeks in advance.

We are sorry that your trade bin collection was missed. We aim to collect all bins on schedule however occasionally we do miss the odd one.

 

To report your missed trade bin collection please either email trade@scambs.gov.uk or call 01954 713496.  


If you are in Cambridge City we can arrange collection the next day, if you’re in the District it may take two days to return.  Please ensure any extra waste is neatly bagged to one side so the bin/s is still accessible.
